Cost Action IS1002 Modernet Final meeting, Bologna
The COST Action Modernet final meeting will be held in Bologna, Italy on October 13-14, 2014. The meeting will run just before the joint-meeting of two ICOH Scientific Committees (Occupational Medicine and Health Services Research and Evaluation in Occupational Health) and the 77th National Conference of the Italian Society of Occupational Medicine and Industrial Hygiene (SIMLII).
After some years of successful work, the Modernet meeting will summarize the achievements, elicit the assessment of an “Evaluation Panel” and disseminate the main results of the Action to a much wider range of stakeholders than in previous Modernet meetings.
The program will cover the different topics of the four working groups (WG). WG1 has focused and will focus on improvement of quality of data in occupational diseases, WG2 on new techniques for analysis of trends, WG3 on new techniques for tracing new and old occupational diseases, and WG4 on dissemination of new knowledge and exploitation of results.
